 Discuss OSHA standards for maintaining a safe distance between scaffolding and overhead power lines to prevent electrocution hazards.

 Outline OSHA specifications regarding scaffold load capacity, including factors that affect load capacity and how to calculate it.

 Describe the responsibilities of a competent person and qualified person in the training, inspection, and safe utilization of scaffolds.

 Discuss the training requirements for individuals who use, erect, and dismantle scaffolds.

 Summarize OSHA regulations concerning fall protection and falling object protection for employees working on or around scaffolds to prevent injuries and fatalities.
