Course Description
Do you need to transport hazardous materials by air? Take this course to learn about Part 175 of the Hazardous Materials Regulations, or HMR. You'll learn about the specific requirements to accept, handle and transport hazardous materials by air. This course is ideal for people who offer hazardous materials to be shipped by air and for air carriers. Please be aware that this course covers content specific to the U.S. Additional training is required regarding International Air Transport Association, or IATA, requirements. You may take this course alone, but remember to take the entire suite, in order, every 3 years to fulfill the requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation, or DOT.
